In Canada, the CNIB has introduced a “Bus Hailing Kit” which can be used by the visually impaired to hail the bus that they are looking for.

How hard would it be for the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development of the Malaysian Government to assist RapidKL and RapidPenang create something similar for Malaysians to benefit from?
